The Warrior Balance Wedge is a 13.5 x 13.5 x 3 reversible inflatable cushion having a pebble finish on the top and smooth finish on the bottom. Commonly used as a inflatable wedge seat cushion for use on the floor or in a chair, the balance wedge helps strengthen the back and abdomen promoting overall core stability.
The surface of the wedge is large enough to accommodate two hands or two feet at once allowing it to be used in conjunction with all types of exercises such as push-ups, squats, planks, lunges and abdominal crunches, all of which help improve balance and strengthen the stabilizer muscles.
Adjust the air pressure in your wedge to increase or decrease instability while performing balance wedge exercises. A softer wedge will greatly increase instability during exercise while a firmer wedge will increase the stability. Beginners may choose to use a firmer wedge when performing squats or lunges and decrease the firmness for added instability as they improve their balance.
