Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from 360 Fitness Superstore, which is why we offer a a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (some restrictions apply).* Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible for our customers.
With the original sales receipt, returns will be accepted for refund in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase less a 20% re-stocking fee and labor costs incurred. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product. Shipping charges attributed to the sale are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount. “Free shipping” items also have a cost associated with the shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount or paid by the customer directly.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customers who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & set-up fees, shipping, pick-up or handling charges.
If a refund has been requested for an item already shipped, delivered and/or installed, or customer refuses delivery of an item that is not damaged or missing pieces, customer will be responsible for any labor and travel fees incurred in delivery, shipping or installation of the product. The customer is also responsible for any labor costs or fees incurred in retrieving or returning the product, including shipping fees.
When returning a product, the customer is typically responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or other issue considered the seller's fault, in which case the seller may cover the return shipping costs; labor costs for disassembly and loading are usually covered by the customer unless specifically stated in the return policy.
All sales of products which are special-ordered or customized in any way (including special upholstery & equipment colors and other specialized add-ons) at the client's request are final and are non-refundable, as are sales of the following items: special clearance items, demo & floor models, discontinued items (items we no longer stock or carry) and specified items.
All parts ordered for repairs or replacement (including belts, electronic components, consoles, decks, and customized parts) are final sales and non-refundable. Electronics, service parts, all wearables (any item exposed to human sweat or other liquids or moisture), all mats (same as wearables), weightlifting & boxing gloves, CDs, DVDs, Subscription programs/cards are all final sales.
