SHIPPING POLICIES

Free Shipping Transparency Disclaimer

Items marked free shipping have a certain percentage allocated towards the cost of shipping. This percentage typically covers most major cities in The United States. The United States is geographically massive, and we cannot offer free shipping across the board. We do allocate a certain dollar amount to cover most major cities. If shipping costs more than the allocated amount, then you will receive an email with the cost difference. At that point, you can either choose to pay the additional fee to cover the shortfall/difference or you can simply request a cancellation of the order.

FREE SHIPPING (Continental US Orders over $400)*

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $400 to the continental US.  Orders under $400 subtotal are eligible for Free Pick-Up at your closest store, unless assembly or set-up is required. Some products require special handling & installation for proper function or as designated by the manufacturer.**

Restrictions

360 Fitness Superstore does not ship to PO boxes. The shipping companies we work with do not deliver packages unless they are being shipped to a physical address. If your billing information is tied to a PO Box, please provide your physical address in the billing section when placing the order. Please also make sure that your physical address is on your file with your credit card company so that should we need to verify, the information will match, and we can proceed with the shipping.

Remote Areas

Remote areas are defined as being outside of the standard service routes of our carriers. Orders being sent to remote locations are subject to an additional shipping charge, which varies depending on the size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. Please note that if you are making an online order from a remote area the shipping cost you see may not always be accurate. In those situations, 360 Fitness Superstore will obtain the exact shipping costs associated to that particular order and contact the customer before proceeding with the order so the customer can be aware of any additional shipping costs prior to the order being shipped.

DELIVERY, SET UP & INSTALLATION POLICIES

Online Purchase:  A 360 Fitness Team Member will reach out to you via phone or email to confirm your order and set a 2-hour delivery window with you.

In-Store Purchase:  A 360 Fitness Team Member will arrange delivery and installation with you, and set up a time for delivery.  Our staff will ask you, “who, what, where and how” questions when scheduling with you and provide this information to our delivery team so they can deliver to your home properly.  We’ve been delivering and installing fitness equipment for over 43 years, and we can handle any situation or schedule. 

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Step 1:  Your equipment is unboxed from the packaging and assembled in our designated equipment assembly zone by our In-House Trained Professionals. This team is responsible for calibrating, tuning and testing your equipment to ensure the highest quality and performance.

Step 2:  Your equipment is securely loaded into our own delivery vehicle which has an enclosed cuboid-shaped cargo area. Our delivery vehicle is also fitted with a 5,000lb rated lift gate to ensure we can delivery any order.

Step 3:  Once our In-House Delivery Team arrives they will install & set up your equipment in the room of your choice, give basic instruction on equipment operation and remove any packaging materials upon their departure.

2-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW

Having a 2-Hour Delivery window is a critically important part of the installation process. We provide a 2-hour delivery window so that you don't have to wait around all day and makes it easy to plan your day around receiving your equipment.

We arrange our deliveries 7 days a week to tailor to our customers schedules, and we have an experienced team of assemblers and installers to handle any job.

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY OPTIONS

We prioritize the customer experience by providing an in-house team of delivery drivers, expert setup and installation techs for fitness equipment.

When you choose 360 Fitness to deliver, setup, and install your fitness equipment you don't have to worry about any behind-the-scenes work. You decide what level of service best suits you best.

  • White Glove Delivery – Our White Glove Delivery service includes room-of-choice delivery (stairs may be additional fee), set-up & installation of equipment, basic instruction on equipment operation, and removal of any packing material or debris..
  • Room of Choice Delivery – The product is brought into the specified room.  Included in White Glove Delivery but not in regular Delivery or Free Shipping.
  • In-Home Setup and Installation - Various Options Available (contact store for details & pricing).  
  • Delivery/ Free Shipping – The product, in a carton or box, is delivered by 360 Fitness Superstore or a shipping service in front of the house or curb.
  • Assembly & Pick-Up - Customer can request the product be built at the store for pick-up.  Assembly fees may apply.
  • Customer Pick-Up – In-store pick-up is available at no cost to the customer as long as no assembly is required.
  • Haul Away Service – We can take your old equipment out and properly dispose of it (if serviceable it can be donated, or else recycled). Your older equipment may also be eligible for Trade-In, as a credit towards new equipment.  Contact sore for details & pricing.
  • 24-Hour White Glove Delivery  - Expedited White Glove Delivery if ordered before 1pm. Contact sore for details & pricing.
  • Same-Day Delivery - If you purchase a machine before 1pm, we can deliver it the same day!  Expedited assembly/delivery fees may apply, specific to the product purchased and delivery location.   Out of Area deliveries may not qualify for Same-Day delivery.
  • Out of Area Deliveries - Deliveries out or our local store and warehouse delivery routes may require additional fees.

ON-TIME DELIVERY

We sell over 1,500 items, and on some occasions our inventory may show an item in stock that we may not have. We will make every effort to get the item to you as soon as possible, and make the necessary special arrangements to expedite your order.

Same Day Delivery

If you purchase a machine before 1pm, we can deliver it the same day!  Expedited assembly/delivery fees may apply, specific to the product purchased and delivery location.   Out of Area deliveries may not qualify for Same-Day delivery.

Return/Refund Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from 360 Fitness Superstore, which is why we offer a a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (some restrictions apply).*  Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible for our customers.

With the original sales receipt, returns will be accepted for refund in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase less a 20% re-stocking fee and labor costs incurred. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.  Shipping charges attributed to the sale are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount. “Free shipping” items also have a cost associated with the shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount or paid by the customer directly.

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customers who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & set-up fees, shipping, pick-up or handling charges.

*All sales of products which are special-ordered or customized in any way (including special upholstery & equipment colors and other specialized add-ons) at the client's request are final and are non-refundable, as are sales of the following items: special clearance items, demo & floor models, discontinued items (items we no longer stock or carry) and specified items.

All parts ordered for repairs or replacement (including belts, electronic components, consoles, decks, and customized parts) are final sales and non-refundable.  Electronics, service parts, all wearables (any item exposed to human sweat or other liquids or moisture), all mats (same as wearables), weightlifting & boxing gloves, CDs, DVDs, Subscription programs/cards are all final sales.

360 Fitness Superstore reserves the right to cancel any order and for any occurrence. Under these circumstances, the customer will be immediately notified. 360 Fitness Superstore (or its parent/affiliate companies) are not liable or responsible for any damage caused by the equipment purchased or by misuse of said equipment.
