Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy and related terms of service at any time and without prior notice by posting updated text on this site. By visiting our site you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions listed at the bottom of this page.

How We Protect Your Privacy

First of all we collect very little personal information. Most of the time it’s nothing more than your First Name and email address.

We may be required to share information with government agencies or various departments of law enforcement.

We will not sell any of your personal information including but not limited to Email Addresses unless it is part of a package sale of one of our websites or business properties. In such a case the new owner would be entitled to this information as part of the company financial records.

Email Opt-in / Opt-out

We use the Single Opt-In method with our email auto responder. If you provide us with your email address because you want to receive information from us, our newsletters or a free or paid product or report you will be added to our mailing list and receive periodic emails from us to just stay in touch or provide you with information about products that we market for ourselves or others and we feel you may be interested in.

We will provide an unsubscribe / opt-out link at the bottom of each email to automatically remove you from our mailing list should you decide that you no longer want to receive emails from us. If you have signed up for more than one offer you may need to unsubscribe from more than one list. Also if you provided us with more than one email address you will need to opt-out from each one separately.

Email Tracking

We use GetResponse as our primary emailing and autoresponder service. We use this service to deliver our emails at specific times and on specified days. They also track which emails are opened and who clicks on any links that may be part of an email. In addition they collect your email address when you supply it to us and add it to our mailing list. They also remove it should you choose to unsubscribe.

Specific Information We May Collect

We may collect and save in our own database or a trusted third party vendors database any information that you provide to us in any web form, email or survey on any of our web sites or through any of our other business properties. This may include any information we receive from you in any and all other methods of communication including but not limited to: telephone, written letter, paper survey, video communication, text message, person to person or any form of communication analog or digital including any method not as yet invented or currently in use.

This information may consist of public or private information about you and/or anyone you associate with. Your are free to not answer any question we may ask. In fact we encourage you not to answer any question or provide any information you feel uncomfortable sharing.

We collect much of this information for the purpose of serving you better. If we know what you’re interested in and not interested in then we can provide you with information and products that may be helpful to you and not waste your time with irrelevant information.

Here's a short video by Google that explains Cookies.

Children Under 13

We will in no way make any attempt to market to anyone under the age of 13 nor will we use any techniques to try to have them persuade their parents or guardians to purchase anything or take any specific action.

Links to Third Party Sites

Since each of our third party vendors and associates each have their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Service we’re providing you with list of our primary third party vendors so you can read their Legal Policies if you so desire. This list is “NOT” all inclusive. It contains third party sites that we deal with on a regular basis. It doesn’t contain our advertisers, affiliates or misc. sites that may be linked to us. As a consumer it is your responsibility to check the policies of any sites you visit. We are providing this list to you as a convenience only.

Google , Facebook, Yahoo, Bing, DoubleClick, AdRoll, GetResponse and GoDaddy

Retargeting

Have you ever noticed that after you’ve been to an online store and looked at a particular product that ads for that product or store start showing up on other sites that you visit? That’s called Retargeting or in the case of Facebook it’s called Remarketing. This happens because the original site placed a “persistent cookie” on your hard drive that remembers what products you’ve looked at and any other site that is part of the same marketing network can read the cookie and serve up ads for products that you may be interested in. It may be kind of spooky but it’s actually harmless. In fact it can be helpful by reminding you that you were going to buy a particular product before you got interrupted by a phone call, etc.

We may use this tool through Google, Facebook, AdRoll and other third party advertising networks so don’t be surprised if one of our ads shows up in Facebook or other sites you may visit after you’ve been to our Facebook page, website site or provided us with your email address.

If you want to opt out of this we provide more information in the “Tracking Opt Out” section below.

Facebook

At times we buy various forms of advertising on Facebook. In order to do so efficiently and keep our ad costs as low as possible we use the various tools that Facebook provides to target a specific audience. Facebook gathers a great deal of information about the likes and preferences of all its members. While they don’t share this information with anyone about any specific individual their system uses an aggregate of this information to allow advertisers to pick a very specific demographic to show advertising to. Some of the variables advertisers can use may be but are not limited to: age, sex, marital status, home ownership or renter, anything you have “Liked” on Facebook such as a particular Personality or magazine, TV show, where you live, your occupation and on and on. Some estimate that Facebook collects as many as 1,500 different “data points” or types of information about its members.

If you want to opt out of this we provide more information in the “Tracking Opt Out” section below.

Google Analytics

Google in conjunction with Double Click collects and saves individual search and behavioral information which it then aggregates and provides to web sites. We have tracking code on our sites to provide Google with this information. We then use this aggregated information to analyze and use in targeting specific segments of the population for content and advertising purposes. Some of this information may pertain to but is not limited to the following: Location, gender, age, political views and affiliations, income levels, interests, keyword searches, sites visited, etc.

If you want to opt out of this we provide more information in the “Tracking Opt Out” section below.

Google Adwords

At times we may use Google Adwords to advertise our site or products. If we do we will be using the above information to help us reach our target markets.

If you want to opt out of this we provide more information in the “Tracking Opt Out” section below.

Tracking Pixels

We make use of Tracking Pixel Code on many of our pages to track which pages you have visited and to provide our email auto responder services and advertising suppliers with the information in order to track and target advertising and aid us in our email marketing programs.

If you want to opt out of this we provide more information in the “Tracking Opt Out” section below.
