A hammer designed for strength, endurance and fitness. This Gym Hammer is ideal if you like extreme strength training; it is typically used for slams. Center is smooth to allow swinging motion. Safer than using a regular sledge hammer. Solid weld design. The handle is 1 1-2" diameter and 3' long. The bottom of the handle has an 8 1-2" of a diamond pattern in the knurl. Hammer head size varies with weight. Available in: 20 kg 30 kg
