These fitness cables (exercise tubing) feature a revolving hand grip and a new multi cable handle. We now introduce the all new triple grip rotator handle. This design gives you the option of using up to 3 Lifeline cables at one time to accomodate all strength levels. The triple grip handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and function. The hand grip piece rotates to enhance natural movement and the handles are constructed with injection molded, heavy-duty plastic.
