Jerk Blocks are sold in pairs and are available in a variety of colors.
The outer legs of the jerk blocks is 2.5" x 2.5" 3/16 thickness, the inner legs of the jerk blocks are 2" x 2" 1/4 inch thickness.
Plate on the top is 1/4" thick. Plenty of steel and structure to handle any load you put on it.
The Jerk Blocks footprint is 24" x 36" and is adjustable from 34", 36", 38", 40" and 42"
